FAQ

  • PRE-ORDERS - Some items on our store are pre-orders. These items have not yet been printed or manufactured, and will be shipped as soon as we have them available.

 

  • SHIPPING - We ship to the UK using Standard 2nd Class postage, and internationally using Standard International postage via Royal Mail. We endevour to package our merch in sustainable and recyclable packaging whenever possible.

 

  • PAYMENT - We currently accept most credit/debit cards, as well as PayPal.

 

  • RETURNS & ECHANGES - We are currently unable to accept returns, but we are happy to offer size exchanges as long as your replacement size is in stock. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us and any additional postage costs. Please email [email protected] to initiate an exchange.

 

  • FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS - Items are checked before shipping, but in the unlikely event that something is wrong with your item, please email [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

 

  • CANCELLING AN ORDER - You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please email [email protected] if you wish to cancel an order.
